All Finger Food Menus consist of a selection of our mouth-watering, Asian Style Tapas.

 

Finger Food Menu - $12.50 Per Head

(Minimum of 10 people)

Selection of Homemade Dips with grilled pita brushed with olive oil.

Panko crusted Salmon Pieces served with Japanese mayo & pickled ginger.

Vietnamese Spring Rolls, handmade with vermicelli, pork and shredded vegetables with dipping sauce.

Marinated Chicken Satay Sticks, served with a spicy peanut sauce.

 

Finger Food Menu - $17.00 Per Head

(Minimum of 10 people)

Braised Pork Belly on steamed buns with pickled cucumber and hoisin sauce.

The Deck’s famous Spicy Salt Squid with a scattering of spicy chilli & onion salsa.

Chargrilled Tandoori Lamb Cutlets served with minted yoghurt.

Grilled Beef Skewers marinated in lemongrass and garlic with pickled vegetables.

Crispy fried Chicken Wings, served with Chinese Black vinegar & green chilli dipping sauce.

(Minimum of 10 people)

Braised Pork Belly on steamed buns with pickled cucumber and hoisin sauce.

Peking Duck Pancakes with spring onion, cucumber and a brush of hoisin sauce.

Panko crusted Salmon Pieces served with Japanese mayo & pickled ginger.

Chargrilled Tandoori Lamb Cutlets served with minted yoghurt.
